Key Responsibilities

• Manage multimodal freight operations: air, road, and sea (import and export)
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and clients to coordinate shipments
• Provide operational support across the team and cover during absences
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations
• Resolve issues promptly and maintain high service standards
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external partners

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in handling air, road, and sea freight preferred
• Strong knowledge of import and export procedures
• Candidates with focused experience (e.g. all imports, exports, air or sea only) will also be considered
• Experience with Boxtop, Sequoia, and CDS customs entries is highly desirable
