We’re looking for an experienced and passionate SENCO to lead SEND provision across a supportive and inclusive mainstream primary school.

• Lead and manage the SEND strategy across the school
• Coordinate EHCPs, interventions, and support plans
• Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies
• Support classroom differentiation and inclusion practices

• QTS + National SENCO Award (or working towards)
• Proven experience supporting children with diverse needs
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
