Location: Woolwich, SE18 (Great transport links + free on-site parking)
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
£33,000 per annum

We’re recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of a global leader in the production and distribution of essential oils for food use. Based near Woolwich, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business valued at over £30 million, supplying their high-quality blends worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Accurately blend essential oils for food production according to precise formulations
- Follow strict batch mixing instructions using calculations and measurements
- Maintain records to ensure full traceability and compliance
- Operate production and blending equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to GDP, ISO, and Health & Safety standards at all times
- Work independently to meet production targets with minimal supervision
- Assist in quality control checks and ensure clean, compliant production areas
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in blending – ideally with essential oils, flavourings, or in food processing
- Strong numeracy – confident calculating measurements and ratios for mixing
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English – Grade B / Level 6 or higher
- Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice), Compliance, Health & Safety, and ISO standards
- Comfortable working in a clean, regulated production environment
- Reliable, focused, and quality-conscious with great attention to detail

Previous experience in food production, essential oils, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG would make you an ideal fit.
